David is President of the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management, Vice President of the Circular Economy Institute and a member of the DEFRA Circular Economy Taskforce. With over 20 years’ leadership experience across public and private sector roles in the environmental space, he has led multi‑million‑pound programmes, advised businesses, investors and all levels of government, and has a strong track record in using partnerships and policy to deliver real‑world impact. At TTB CircularIT, David ensures our services stay at the forefront of circular‑economy best practice.

David Greenfield: Managing Director

Andy is an experienced CIO with more than three decades in IT, specialising in secure, business‑critical systems and high‑quality service delivery. He brings deep expertise in data centres, infrastructure, ISO‑aligned management systems and LEAN improvement methods, and has implemented numerous IT projects that support operational change. Andy leads the technical side of our work, making sure every device is handled, erased and processed to the highest standards.

Andy Burdon: Technical Services Director

Jodi has over 20 years’ experience in marketing, fundraising and leadership, with a strong focus on social value, sustainability and practical impact. She leads operations and impact at TTB CircularIT, overseeing how our services deliver benefits for both businesses and the wider community. Jodi manages the relationship with Tech‑Takeback Foundation and also led and co-authored Tech‑Takeback’s 2025 Social Value of Reuse report, helping to show how reuse creates measurable social and environmental value.

Jodi Harford: Chief Operating Officer

Mark is an accomplished service operations manager with a strong commercial and technical background. He has extensive experience running and improving service teams, implementing quality management systems and delivering against tight business targets. At TTB CircularIT, Mark oversees day‑to‑day operations at our facility, ensuring collections, processing and erasure run smoothly and reliably for every client.

Simon brings many years of operational and logistics experience at Tech‑Takeback, including collections, warehousing and WEEE processing. With a background in commercial account handling, as well as tech reuse and recycling, he understands both the client perspective and the complexities of responsible logistics. Simon manages our client accounts and logistics to ensure secure, efficient movement of devices.

Simon Holroyd: Logistics Manager

Our technical team are highly experienced in IT data security, repair and reuse. They handle the physical side of our work: receiving, cataloguing, erasing, refurbishing and preparing devices for reuse or responsible recycling. Friendly, hardworking and skilled, they make sure every device is processed carefully, securely and in line with our reuse‑first approach.
